We love to dance! And to feel our body! And to alchimize our emotions through moviments!

Join us on this monthly sacred gathering that leads us to connect deeper with our body, soul and spirit in dance, as a healing medicine for our inner world. The circle opens with a group connection and meditation to enter our heart, from which we then respectfully release ourselves in spontaneous movements in a non-judgmental space. Ecstatic Dance is a -no shoes- no talking- no substances event, family friendly (children from 8 to 12 year hold are welcome to join for free , always accompanied and supervised by their parents). The contribution for this session is between €12 and €20, being sure you are honestly and consciously offering what is affortable for you.
