This space welcomes you to join just as you are; no prior experience is necessary. If you have an instrument, feel free to bring it, along with your open heart, and curiosity to come together and create melodies.

We aim to free our voices through medicine songs, somatic exercises, chants to celebrate Mother Earth, and vocal mandala games.

Our facilitator will guide you to connect with your innate voice through breathing techniques and sounds to harmonize the chakras and relax your nervous system.

This circle is open to all; no specific musical skills are required.

Experienced musicians are encouraged to bring their own musical instruments and co-create a joyful gathering in connection and celebration.
