Born from a vivid dream of ManuDiosa, this offering has been unfolding through four seasons, growing roots in the land of Crete.

Here, artists, facilitators, singers, and artisans come together to co-create a living tapestry of sound, movement, and presence.

Medicine songs from different traditions, ecstatic dance, and soulful performances become a shared prayer — offered to the altar of life itself.

A weaving of voices, bodies, and intentions… remembering unity, peace, and beauty.

We begin in stillness, with a guided meditation and ceremonial cacao from Costa Rica, gently opening the space.

From there, the journey unfolds through live music medicine concert, dance performance and fire games, ecstatic dance, connections and community vibe — encouraging you to move, to feel, and to come back. To celebrate life!

The evening gently transitions into silence, with a sound healing bath, merging into integration and the quiet resonance of what has been experienced.

In this gathering, we embrace the present, weaving together the threads of connection with one another and the boundless spirit that surrounds us.

DANCE OF TRANSFORMATION - Ritual dance of Southern Italy

An inner journey of rebirth by dance steps through the symbols, melodies and rhythms that the rite of "tarantism" of Southern Italy has left us as a legacy: an ancient method of healing, whose roots lie in the culture of ancient Greece, which used music, dance and colours to bring the spirit back into Harmony, through a repetitive, mantric and earth-solid rhythm, flanked by syncopated and spiral-shaped melodies in which to lose consciousness and reach other states of consciousness.

My intention is to hold this space with love, humility, and reverence. May every sound be offered in service to the highest good, creating space for stillness, remembrance, and the gentle unfolding of whatever is ready to be received.

I trust in the innate wisdom of each soul and the Divine presence that guides us toward wholeness. May this be a space where you feel safe to soften, to listen, and to reconnect with the truth, peace, and love that already live within you.

INNER SAILING MEDITATION:

This is a yogic practice that is ment to replicate the experience of being alone on a boat out at open sea. From floating around calmly to more energetic sailing.

Beautiful dolphins are there but also evil sea monsters.

Here the only thing you can do is to observe. Observe your body, and your breath.

Feel how you become one with the universal ocean.
