The way our society is shaped constantly represses our natural ability to create and express with authenticity. It encourages everyone to operate in one specific way, but we are completely unique beings, each created to bring our individual light into this world and make it brighter and better.

This is why, in this seminar, through the most ancient and primitive secrets of your ancestors, you will have the opportunity to reconnect with your true nature and feel how this liberates your core being, your inner child, and your innate ability to feel joy and ecstasy for life.

Because it doesn’t matter what you do, but how you do it. In this experiential workshop, through dance, song, crafts, theater, and community bonding, you will remember why we have the ability to create which is to bring us closer to our divine spirit, to help us shine, and to feel the unity and unconditional love we all deserve.

It doesn’t matter if you consider yourself a “creative”, you are one by nature, and now you will have the chance to rediscover it. ✨

🕊️ Program Schedule

10:00 – 10:30 | Opening Circle & Intention Setting

A grounding welcome where participants connect with the space and each other. We open the sacred circle, call in the elements, and set our personal and collective intentions for creative liberation.

10:30 – 11:30 | Awakening the Body – Shamanic Dance Journey

Guided movement and intuitive dance to awaken life force energy. Using rhythm and breath, participants move from the mind into the body, releasing tension and connecting with the heartbeat of the Earth.

11:30 – 12:30 | Spiritual Theater – Embodying the Creative Spirit

Through playful improvisation and sacred storytelling, participants express archetypes of creation, transformation, and freedom. This segment invites laughter, emotion, and authenticity.

12:30 – 13:30 | Community Meal – Nourish and Connect

A shared lunch prepared together or enjoyed as a communal potluck. Everyone brings a dish made with love and intention. Sharing food anchors the energy of unity and abundance.

13:30 – 15:00 | Sacred Craft Creation – “Totem of Creative Power”

Participants create a personal totem or charm that represents their creative essence.

Suggested materials: natural elements (wood, feathers, shells, stones, threads, beads, fabrics).

Each person designs a small “Creative Amulet” or “Spirit Wand” — a symbolic reminder of their unique energy and purpose.

15:00 – 16:30 | Shamanic Ritual – Journey into the Subconscious

A deep guided shamanic journey (with drum or rattle) to meet the creative spirit within. Participants explore what blocks their self-expression and receive guidance from ancestral and spirit allies on how to free it. This journey opens the door to profound insight, release, and empowerment.

16:30 – 17:30 | Closing Circle – Singing Our Spirit Song

We gather in a heart circle to share reflections, gratitude, and sing together simple medicine songs or intuitive chants. This collective vibration seals the energy of the day and honors our creative awakening.
