Healing through the vibrations of sound produced by crystal bells, gongs and other primordial sounds accompanies you on this meditative journey that supports the energetic rebalancing of our body, mind and soul. Each sound journey is different, many times it is extremely relaxing for the nervous system and muscular tension, and other times it helps the energetic cleansing process already underway or definitely activates one. Our facilitators have many years of experience in the field of healing and a great sensitivity in listening to others. You can also consider these monthly sessions as a therapy to combine with other holistic activities we offer in the garden, or an occasional balancing session to receive as needed.
