Experience healing through the vibrations of sound created by crystal bells, gongs, voice, and other primordial sounds on this meditative journey that aids in the energetic rebalancing of your body, mind, and soul. Each sound journey is unique; sometimes it provides deep relaxation for the nervous system and muscular tension, while at other times, it supports or initiates an energetic cleansing process. Our facilitators, Rob Sykes and ManuDiosa, bring years of experience in healing and possess a great sensitivity in holding space for participants.

They will begin the session with a vocal activation to reconnect with our innate primal sound, bringing awareness to the emotions and feelings currently present. This serves as a gateway to release them and facilitate cleansing within our system trough the sound journey.
