Embark on a healing journey through the vibrations of sound produced by crystal bells, gongs, voice, and other primordial sounds. This meditative experience helps rebalance the energy of your body, mind, and soul. Each sound journey is distinct; it may offer profound relaxation for the nervous system and relieve muscular tension, or it may initiate an energetic cleansing process.

Our certified facilitators, Rob Sykes and ManuDiosa, bring extensive experience in healing and are highly sensitive in creating a supportive environment for participants.

The session will commence with a vocal activation to reconnect with our inherent primal sound, raising awareness and feelings present.

This acts as a gateway to release them, facilitating cleansing through the sound journey.

Rob Sykes is a certified Sound Therapist and Gong Master with over 25 years immersed in the world of sound — first as a professional DJ, now as a therapeutic practitioner. Originally from London and now based between Crete and the UK, Rob creates powerful, multi-sensory sound journeys designed to calm the nervous system, restore balance and support the body's natural capacity to heal.

This sound journey marks a special return to Villa Melodia, where Rob has previously held journeys in the garden under the stars. Many attending will already know Rob and his work from these past evenings — and for those new to the experience, it's a chance to discover what makes this space and this practice so unique.

Alongside group sound journeys, Rob offers bespoke one-to-one sessions and his signature Voice Analysis and Vibrational Retuning programme, each shaped around the individual to meet you where you are — physically, emotionally and energetically.
