This 3-hour workshop offers an exploratory and also profound space in which tools for inner self-discovery, maps of communication with oneself and with others, and daily practices will be offered to bring presence and serenity into our lives.

Based on the fundamental principles of great psychiatrists and researchers such as Jung, Stanislav Grof and on knowledge of indigenous cultures passed down for millennia, this workshop aims to offer an accessible and usable approach in our daily lives to bring well-being and balance in our both sides of light and shadow. Aspects of our personality will also be explored in an uplifting way in the group, and there will be moments of integration, sharing and embodiment.

Recognizing that healing our past traumas is crucial and solely our responsibility paves the way for numerous possibilities, providing the chance to transform our lives and embrace the joy of living in self-love.

This workshop wants to invite openness and trust in the process; aims to be the beginning of a wider path of self-awareness and happiness.
